Double Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon,
Fellowship Trained in Shoulder Surgery & Sports Medicine

Yuri M. Lewicky, M.D.
Meet

In 2006, I returned to my home town of Flagstaff and joined Northern Arizona Orthopaedics as a fellowship-trained sports medicine and shoulder specialist with extensive training in the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of shoulder and knee injuries.

My desire to become an Orthopaedic sports medicine specialist stemmed from my own personal experience with debilitating injuries that required hard work and determination to recover from.

Orthopaedic Team Consultant

Dr. Lewicky serves as the Team Physician for Flagstaff High School in addition to being an Orthopaedic Team Consultant for several regional high schools in Northern Arizona. • Dr Lewicky is an awesome doctor, he fixed my left shoulder and when I’m heeled enough for the right shoulder to be done I will have it done. I just wish his office could be more efficient, I had to wait 45 min to see the doctor for a 10 min visit.
